    Huahshuo International Translation Service contains a total of 168 full-time experienced translators, of which 47 are professors/graduates of universities overseas/native language speakers. All of our translators are experts in their fields of study, which include lawyers, medical doctors, management personnel, engineers, graduates with master’s degree, professors with doctoral degrees, as well as foreign scholars/experts who is fluent in Mandarin.

    Acquire a quote after sending the file
    1-1 Send the file either through online file transfer, email, mail, fax, or personally drop by at the office.
    1-2 A quote can be produced immediately by evaluating the content, format, and the desired due date of the client’s file.
    1-3 After the client agrees to the quote and has paid a deposit and signed our translation contract, the translation work will begin immediately.

    2-2 If any part of the original document is unclear while the translation is in progress, further communication with the client is necessary.

    3-1 After the translation is completed, the translator will conduct an initial review to correct any issues with the content.
    3-2 Then, the translation sent over to the Proofread Department, where a proofreader will perform a more detailed review process to fix any grammar mistakes or inappropriate use of words.
    3-3 To meet the needs of our clients, Huashuo International Translation Service employs graduates of universities overseas and native language speakers to execute the proofread.

    After-Sales Service
    4-1 After the document has undergone the review process, the document is handed over to the professional typesetter to perform typesetting of the translation.
    4-2 The translation is then delivered to the client via the method that the client chose, such as: official printout, email, disc, or others.
    4-3 Settling of the final payment; if the translation needs to be edited at a later time, our after-sales service will take care of any client requests.
